Zeta Tau Alpha, Iowa City

TMS Construction completed the remodel of the Zeta Tau Alpha student housing in Iowa City. The wood floors were refinished, the walls, trim, and ceiling renovated, the concrete resurfaced to allow for proper drainage, exhaust system and wiring upgraded, and more to renovate this multi-dwelling complex.
