Tom ensures the success of TMS through strategic planning, budgeting, and forecasting. Tom works closely with owners, architects, and engineers to develop projects that will meet budget, ensure high quality, and meet schedules. Tom’s extensive experience in the construction development has formed longstanding relationships with valuable partners.

Jeff has over 40 years of experience in the construction industry and is responsible for managing all field operations at TMS. He supervises TMS Superintendents and Subcontractors for each project, ensuring smooth field operations by personally inspecting every job site. Jeff collaborates with owners’ representatives, architects, and engineers to guarantee projects are completed accurately from the start. With his expertise, Jeff effectively leads his team to deliver projects that meet safety standards, quality expectations, and owner requirements.

Chuck oversees estimating, marketing and project administration at TMS Construction. With more than 40 years of experience in the construction industry, his knowledge is invaluable to the overall success of the company. Chuck excels in business development, outbound marketing and customer relations. He is instrumental in setting the strategic vision for the brand, fostering a leadership culture, and expanding business operations across a wide geographical area. In his free time, Chuck enjoys spending time with his family, dogs, and playing golf.

Andi leads the finance department at TMS, overseeing all financial matters. She plays a crucial role in driving the company’s strategic goals, day-to-day operations, financial planning, and tax-related issues. With over 30 years of accounting experience across several different industries, she is an effective leader that fosters positive change, while developing new procedures and enhancing operational efficiencies. She spent 10 years contributing to the success of a local manufacturing company and has been a small business owner herself, understanding the complexities of running a business of any size. A Colorado native, Andi enjoys family time, gardening and bargain hunting.

Dave manages the TMS team of project managers, as well as client relationships. He has extensive retail experience in program management, entitlements, design and construction. He is responsible for developing and directing the strategic planning of multiple projects. Dave oversees coordination of personnel and resources. He holds certifications in Procore, W/M program and Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan. Dave enjoys boating, fishing, scuba diving and riding his Harley-Davidson in the great outdoors.

Chas is a project manager with extensive experience managing a variety of projects from start to finish. His expertise lies in residential complexes, commercial buildings, fuel centers, and infrastructure projects. He has effectively guided teams through intricate obstacles, ensuring projects are finished punctually, within budget, and meeting a high level of quality standards. Chas cultivates cooperative partnerships with clients, subcontractors, and team members to synchronize project objectives with stakeholder anticipations. He enjoys golf, riding motorcycles, long walks on the beach and being outdoors.

Keegan oversees construction projects for various clients. With over five years of experience in the construction industry, he has managed construction estimates and extensive projects for multiple Air Force bases. Keegan values communication and schedule management to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. He is certified in Walmart CADE Safety, Employment, Waste, and Stormwater Compliance. Keegan relocated to Colorado to pursue career opportunities and indulge in his hobbies of camping, hiking, snowboarding, mountain biking, and woodworking.

Kindal oversees various construction projects, such as Dave & Busters, Davita, Walmart, and Sam’s Club. Leveraging her experience in resource planning and development in the manufacturing sector, she implements project plans, schedules and budgets to ensure successful project completion within set parameters. Kindal consistently devises strategies to enhance workflow efficiency and mitigate risks. In her leisure time, she enjoys her horses, attending her children’s sports events, spending time with her family, ranching, hunting, camping, hiking, and gardening.

John oversees planning, estimating, and the Walmart and Sam’s Club projects. He supervises estimations, manages construction, and analyzes building projects from various perspectives. John collaborates with potential clients, sets project objectives, and works closely with stakeholders. In his free time, John enjoys nature through hiking with his family.

Alicia is involved in project and bid coordination across all areas at TMS Construction. With over 20 years of experience, she oversees the bid process for business proposals, funding, and business development. Alicia carefully tracks the bid’s advancement from initiation to completion, ensuring all necessary documentation is well-organized and compliant with client specifications. In her leisure time, Alicia loves being with her family and spoiling her grandson. She enjoys her family’s ranch, horseback riding and the outdoors.
